Checking if IDirect X3 locked to a provider

Hello

Is there a way to check if IDirect X 3 is locked and cannot be unlocked? Any command?

to check if its unlocked
Telnet into the modem
Used command

rmtlock status

For unlocking
You have talk to iDirect, The ISP that locked the modem
