Tooway Pro 10+ FAP megabit count?

Hello there ... looking for tooway and bit confused here. I am about to get Tooway Pro 10+ and I understand about FAP, but I am confused about the Megabit count ... My initial assumption was that the FAP megabit count was:

Total megabit count = Volume UP + Volume Down

But I have beed said by one vendor that the total megabit count is:

Total megabit count = (Volume UP x 1,5) + (Volume Down x 0,5)

What is the right formula to calculate Megabit count ?

Is it possible that different vendors sale diferent FAP megabit count Policies?

Thanks for your info ... I guess that vendor was referring to Ku satellite mbit calculations.

Do you have the same info but for PRO pakages?
