24/7 HUB operational Team

Hello everyone,

We are planning to run Hx system 24/7 hub and we need operational manager , NOC engineers , Project engineers and installers please give me what will be the herachy and job role for each person and how many NOC engineers and project engineer and installers will be required.

Location is Saudi Arabia.
