Max Downstream EbNo on iDirect network

Dear All,

What is the maximum Remote C/N value for the iDirect modem, on most of my remotes it is 10 - 15dB, however I see a few with 28dB Downstream C/N.

Factory settings will trigger a High alarm at 25.00

Are all these high remotes locked to the same linecard?

no they are under the frequency hopping.
