Crawling speed in France

I am a new Tooway user, and have had it for just 3 days. Since this morning my connection has been very poor, less than 1 Mb most of the time.

All the green ticks are in the right places on the modem status page.

If the dish is pointed correctly, I suppose I shouldn't redo the setup and pointing procedure.

Is this just me or is there a general problem with Tooway's server?

It would be worth contacting your supplier to troubleshoot the site.

I did first thing this morning. Waiting for him to get back. So far nobody else seems to be having the same problem.

There are definitely no network level issues at the moment!

UPDATE: After 10 hours of crawl my connection died completely--and then returned, and it is now close to the correct speed of 18 Mb.

Still no idea of what the problem was. Hope to receive an explanation.
