No activation page : undefined dB

Hello

My name is Javier and I write from Madrid, Spain.

A week ago acquired satellite internet and I have several problems with twoway. I spoke by phone with a technician twoway in Germany and seems to have no idea of my problem.

The problem is I can not get to the activation page

After doing the whole process of modem tells me undefine dB.

Can you post some screen shots, status , modem , tria ?

Hi again

I have now activate the router in Viasat Now the problem is when you are online I entered the activation code reset and restart again back to the activation page again
