Join the British Interplanetary Society.

...
I have been a Fellow of the BIS, reading its regular "Spaceflight" journal, for very many years and am just about to renew my annual subscription.  They are running a recruitment drive and are encouraging existing Members and Fellows to get as many new people to join as possible.

Its a friendly and welcoming society, with 40% of its membership non-UK based.  It is a worldwide community of enthusiasts and professionals, ranging from students to highly experienced people in the academic, launch vehicle, satellite, aerospace and space science industries.

Readers this forum, plus all your associates and work colleagues, are particularly welcome to join.

Best regards, Eric.

A prototype of the pre-cooler of the revolutionary air-breathing Sabre engine has been tested successfully by Alan Bond and his small team of inventive engineers.

I have put the video here: https://www.satsig.net/skylon/sabre-engine.htm

The Sabre engine is planned to be used for the single-stage-to-orbit, re-useable, Skylon spaceplane / satellite launch vehicle.

Best regards, Eric.
