Hello,

Im just trying to help a friend - I got a call from a friend saying they dont have service for the last 5 days. He is located in South East Turkey. He says all leds in the modem looks normal. Anyone knows of any problem maybe?

Tell your friend to connect his computer direct to the modem to eliminate other issues (router problems/settings), see https://www.europe-satellite.com/EMS/contact/online_support01.htm

If still a problem, tell him to contact his provider, they are the only one who can help him.
