How to load linux image using winscp into idirect

Hello great people.I have a problem with my idirect x3 modem.after several time of loading option file thru the command line prompt.I cannot use isite to connect to the modem with the username and password provided.I suspect the linux software is corrupt.Can someone give me step by step method to load new linux image to my idirect. Thanks and expect you reply.

Ralph,

I emailed a couple pdf's from the iDirect TAC for recovery and using the reset button option on the X3. I wouldve posted here but the pdf's are easier to read.
