Data manage of remotes

Currently we have multiple customers using 3100 and X3 modems and we wish to be able to do data management on all of them from the hub side.

Can anyone advise what systems we can look at to be able to monitor cumulative data usage per remote, and set data capacity limits with when their monthly fair usage is reached?

Any advise will be greatly appreciated!

Check out the iDirect SatManage Suite. This can perform the functions you are seeking.

P.S. This will involve a dedicated server to be installed.

It is a very powerful tool when used correctly.
