My 'Tooway' bookmark now takes me to "EuropaSat". Has there been a takeover or something??

Skylogic have enforced new ruling that any company reselling their Tooway service must remove Tooway from their name.

This is as many people purchasing or enquiring with these companies believed they were dealing with Tooway directly as opposed to a reseller... ultimately misleading the customer and giving the companies an unfair competitive advantage.

Most of the resellers have now re-branded and launched a new site.
