how to backup servers NMS and PP poweredge 1950??

I had some problems with my PP and NMS servers, DELL company made changes of some components, including motherboard and hard drive, which was not made a backup of the information and configuration if any of you wish to indicate how to backup these servers

If you still have your idirect installation documents in the contents there should be a chapter that deals with the backing up on the NMS/PP to the redundant servers. This relates only to the idirect software(database) on the server. NOT the OS (I believe).
