Dear Members,

I pointed correctly to Amos 5 Ku on an infinity modem that had rlock issues with the previous provider. As the modem got activated with the new provider, the tx kept on coming on and off.  I briefly even surfed the net for 5 mins when the rx went off completely. I took to the roof to no avail.

I contacted my former provider who unlocked the modem. I had to repoint back to NSS10 and was done.

Now my tx on Amos is not there and can only get isite power of 3.5 which is too too low.

What must have gone wrong? Is my LNB probably faulty?
