Licensing in Algeria & Equatorial Guinea

Hello,
Does anyone happen to know what licensing is required to install a single VSAT for a private customer in either of the mentioned countries? I have reach out to both Ministries of Communications, but have not heard anything back.

Dear Sir, we quite know how things work in both countries.

In the case of Equatorial Guinee we created a local company to meet the current legal requirements.
