Connect via ftp to modem idirect

hi,

I want to connect from my imonitor machine to one remote modem through ftp, I am using the winscp.
From imonitor I connect to the modem and in the command line I type "service sshd start" the answer is "ok", then I start winscp, in the hostname field I write the IP of the modem, the username and password, in File Protocol I choose SFTP. After doing that, I click on login and I get the message that you can see in the picture that sent as an attachment.

I hope you can help me, thanks in advance

Hi,

I notice that you are using the username 'admin'. To access the modem you will need to use the 'root' username and password combination.
