Block Down converter

I am looking for the part number or manufacturer of a block down converter to down convert from 13-75 - 14.5 Ghz to 950-1700 Mhz (L-band). Input should be waveguide and output F-type connector. This is for monitoring purposes on TX Ku-band.

Also try searching for "loop test translator" and "test loop translator", either new or second hand.
Companies to consider: MITEQ, Scientific Atlanta, Novella, Sematron, Advantech etc.

Also one on eBay.

Check it will work down to 13.75 GHz as some only do 14-14.5 GHz.
