Dear all,

I've two basic howto questions on HX-200 remote terimal;

1. How to verify that the remote terminal can supply DC voltage to the LNB? If so, how to enable it?

2. How to reset modem to factory default?

I believe the voltage to the LNB is enabled by default, Im actually not even sure if there is an option to disable it.

To factory reset the modem, telnet to its default IP address 192.168.0.1 on port 1953 (assuming no password, if it prompts you for one try just hitting enter for both) from here you will have a few options on how you reset the device, typically I will run a PC (parameter clear) and then an RF (reset factory), this will clear and .cfg files that have been uploaded, lat\long as wells clears the main bin (any downloaded software bin).

hi.. you can check voltage om modem output sat in connector..here you should get 24vdc.
