Hello, I want information about this modem and how I can use it in Morocco.

I'm assuming you want Tooway service.

The Tooway service has two beams that cover just parts of Morocco.

Consider your exact location relative to these beam coverages, which are my approximations. The positions of the beams and their diameters may be in error.

I suggest you contact some Tooway service provider company such as Bentley Walker https://www.bentley-walker.com/ and ask about the specific coverage and service availability for your exact location (lat/long). Tell them where you are.

Ask about dish size required for your location.

In addition to the MAC address, tell them what make, type and model number is your modem and details of the outdoor antenna and transmit/receive module.

I suggest you contact some Tooway service provider company and in addition to the MAC address, tell them what make, type and model number and serial number is your modem and details of the outdoor antenna and transmit/receive module. If it's one of theirs they may be able to help. If not they may be able to get help from Skylogic. Can you agree to pay for service ?

Where did the modem come from ? Who used it before ? Ask them who was the original service provider ?. If there are local companies in your area selling Tooway service ask each of them.

Is it complete with outdoor equipment and cables ? What size is the dish ? Exactly where are you (lat/long)?
