Help with Evolution X3 blocked

I was ending the registration process with NOC after antenna pointing. The NOC was doing OTA upgrade/registering and suddenly our camp power came off (campament using generators due to remote location); after that failure the router became blocked with no possibility to access using idirect. I would appreciate some help in this regard, we're located at the middle of the Sahara dessert with limited internet connectivity at this moment.

It might be a difficult or easy, depending what exactly happened to the modem when the power went down. Sometimes a simple recovery will help and sometimes even full recovery will not help and the modem will need to be replaced.

Do you have a spare modem? If so it is the time to use it...
