i v purchase a license for ULC-R and import it to NMS but i can not add extra carriers. how can i be sure that i have done it correctly? what should i see in line card license tab in ibuilder. could any one give me some sample by any licensed card?

Generally the ULC-R license have the information about number of carriers "mcd channel", serial number of ULC-R(the same of hardware), max composite symrate "maximum speed of line card" and max symrate per carrier "maximum speed of carrier.

your license must be have the same serial number that the line card (ULC-R).

You can use the notepad from windows or finder from MacOs to read your license and check the serial and features that license contain.
