Hi Everyone, I have a satellite receiver Dansat DSR 7500 and LNB Arisat Universal Ku LNB model AT 1 Gold and Dish with 80cm. Are this compatible each other to get signal from the satellite. My place is in Philippines. Appreciate any reply on this.

A satellite TV forum might be a better place to get an answer to your question. My comment is: Almost certainly the equipment is compatible. The receiver will set the LNB to low Ku band or high Ku band using 22kHz tone (9.75 or 10.6 GHz local oscillator) and switch the polarisation by voltage control. Look in http://www.lyngsat.com for possible satellites and free-to-air (FTA) programs. Note the lyngsat beam contour maps which indicate dish size requred on each contour. Point your dish at promising satellites. This dish pointing and polarisation adjusteemnt angle calculator for south east asia will help you. Best regards, Eric.
