Locked up LinkStars - need new service provider

Hi

I have two Linkstar systems in southern Spain. Probably need releasing from past isp. I am looking for a new ISP for one and to sell the other.

Presently the dishes a pointing at one of the Hisposat satalites

Gratefull for any help

Is it possible for the isp to which a linkstar is locked to release it by just locating and identifying that system then taking the appropriate action?
