Need one way and two way connection in pakistan

I've inquiry on one home based connection and one for business in rawalpindi.

for home wat would be the cost of one way 64 kbps and 128 kpbs plus any setup costs including hardware etc

for business a two way connection with 128/256/512 kbps setup and monthly costs
