2-way link for Scotland, W satellite

Just lost one-way satellite broadband from AVC via ASTRA satellite. 2-way installation from the same supplier failed as there is a hill in the way of the E facing satellites - their engineer said we need W facing link.  Can anyone help?

Done a install recently for irish company Digiweb in speyside,2 way system.They use 28E,check there website for price plan.LOS might be ok from this sat.
