my idirect modem cannot be acessed

i m using idirect modem equipment in afghanistan from 1 year. one day my internet go down suddenly. so i try to acess through telnet, but it cannot be acessed. so i found that my ip has changed automatically & also password. so now i can;t enter into my modem. so what will be the possible solution. pls inform me anyone know abut this type of problem. i will be v thankful.

You need to work with your hub operator to gain access (telnet).  There is no work around.  They need to provide you with login credentials for falcon.

If your IP address for eth0 has changed, you will also need to change your laptop properties so that it resides in the same subnet.
