Im an Australian citizen seeking to gain experience in the area of satcoms. As USA is heavily involved in satcomms, Im thinking of applying for a position within California.

Just some questions though

1. Are there a lot of satellite uplink stations in California ?

2. Is it relatively easy to find jobs as a satellite uplink operator ?

3. I have 20 months of technical services experience in  radio broadcasting. Will employers look strongly upon this ?

thanks
James
