We were giving 2 mb link in quetta on ST-1 ...singtel's satellite ( singapore Telecom) , but my experience with them in quetta for the payments were not very good. If you need bulk bandwidth I can give you premium service on DVB-IP 1 way internet there at unbeatable prices but the payment will be in advance.
