Affordable Satellite internet Email in Lesotho

Hi There, I need a satellite internet in Lesotho, Email (and  optionally VOIP) service to support a remote and rural school cyber labs of about 25 to 30 networked computers in Lesotho. I have looked at various price packages on the internet, most of of which are very expensive and out of price reach for the school in question. I am looking for something in the price range of $150 to $ 200 per month.
Is there any providers that can around these prices?
