Need turn-key satellite solution, Uganda

We need a complete quote for a satellite solution (2 way) including bandwidth, key-turn installation, technical support and training in Kampala, Uganda. The facilities will eventually be used for ISP purposes, but not at the start. The deadline for submitting your proposal is June 16th.

It seems that one2net domain name is now for sale and I can't find evidence of continued service, so I have deactivated the link.
