Looking for SCPC/SCPC for VOIP termination

I wonder if you people can �provide SCPC/SCPC via a C Band, in order to run VOIP termination (minimum 2 E1), in Sudan-Kharoum.

ODU already purchased and looking for the modem and the connection,
