Need help for 41°East (West longitude)

Hello with all
I am new in the field of the satellite and I will wish to point an antenna prodilene 3.8m with 41° EAST degree. I wanted to know to which satellite this orientation corresponds.

What do you mean by "41°EAST(West longitude)" ?

I think that wey tel me 41°west longitude
But i know 45° west is PAS 1R
And they said to oriente the dish at 41° Est
There is a confusion in my mind.I need just to point the dish
