Ex Member Ex Member	Nov 30^th, 2006 at 1:25am Hi there, Am new to all of this (satellite internet connection) but i was wondering if someone could simply explain to me how to get a satellite connection for my country (Suriname, South America). Am tired of all the bllsht my ISP is giving me about their connection. Thanks in advance for all your help.

there are options for there
but check your local laws first
the antilles have some heavy taxes for satellite internet
Suriname is in within the range of
Hispasat/61/south/amazonas (SA providers) -> Nera, iDirect
PAS1r/45/south (SA providers) UnaSat?, iDirect
SM6 ?? (several NA and SA providers), DW??, iDirect
Telstar14/andean (??), ??
NSS7/South/Hispasat (SA providers)
