iDirect 3000 rebooting

I am working on an iDirect 3000,on which i loaded the option file on using iSite 7.0 and  since then the unit keep rebooting.I manage to get in thru the console with
User name:root
Psswd  P@55w0rd!
at the prompt # if i type telnet 0, it comes up with a messege unable to connect to remote (0.0.0.0)
if i type laninfo it comes "-ash:laninfo "not found"
if i type options reload    "-ash options not found"
May someone help me out

Yes,i have probelm using iSite.I ping the Modem and get reply but i canot login with the default password.

Hi star, i will suggest u try logging to the console with this info:
User Name:root
Password: iDirect
then u type the telnet 0 command
User Name: admin
Password: P@55w0rd!

I have the same exact problem....happened after a   upgrade or downgrade rather from 7012 to 6095.

Did you get the issue resolved? If so...how?

The problem is not yet resolve.An expert advise that I return the modem to the supplier.I plan to do just that.

You probably didn't load the option file while loading your image file.

I do not know whether you have managed to resolve this. It happened to me twice after I had loaded an option file meant for another model For the recovery of this modem you need a good option file and the procedure outlined below. Use option where you do not have IP connectivity.

same problem faced me...
try to recover w telnet command via serial console, base on manual recovery
still not work...
then i'm sending back to distributor,
and also distributor cannot fix either Cheesy
have to wait for new modem ...
