Have you managed to sort the problem out? If not, could you send me a pic of the installation?

After getting rx lock on the modem do you contact your ISP or Satellite provider for Cross pol and 1db Compression Test ? You can contact me for more troubleshooting tips on my Y! Messenger-

check your option file.

check  the longitude    and latitude , make sure they are correct and not mixed up

ensure that the  BUC is turned on

i had a similar situation and  those steps helped.

Is your problem fixed?

Could be you have the polarity wrong and you need to rotate the BUC from horizontal to vertical or vice versa.

Is the modem putting out correct voltage on the TX port?  Do you have the same, or very close voltage at the end of the cable, by the BUC?

If so, then the BUC is probably bad.  Did you try a "known good" one?

Hi Guys...

I think the BUC LO Frequency on the profile used when making an option file might be wrong.....
Can you confirm the make of your BUC and part number....

Regards,
