Dear All,
I have an IDirect 3100 and when I connected the console port to see what is problem is, it is showing “illegal memory access” and
it go to RedBoot>  prompt.

This happen after power failure while an upgrade is done.

From my point of view - the linux is not loading, so I can not use the iSite or SSH. I have access the the RedBoot> promt only to load the kernal file and other things.
I think the kernel file is corrupt or some thing happen to the modem, so could please advice or send me the kernel image file sothat I can load it again.

Thanks,
Peter
