Is the remote in the network?  If so, call your ISP and they can do it OTA.

TDMAMike: No, it's not conected to any ISP, that reazon I need the admin password.

Well, the solution was so easy, i did not know that, when the modem hangs and stay on the boot loader console, it continues being with the ip connectivity, and then i can connect using the isite as admin (using the p@55w0rd! without mattering what password has been set on the modem, Grin i'm new in this), and then reload the new options file, application, images or whatever, if needed, and that was all.

thanks to everyone that did help me (TDMAMike, ahmelect)...
