Very solid software platform.  Kudos/Props to iDirect for handing off a solid performer.

For those HUB operators who havent upgraded yet, you are going to love the new STBY card relationships.  You can run multiple STBY cards in a single IF group and set their props to be warm or cold for the Tx and Rx cards...or both.  It is very flexible.

8.2.2 brings freq hop mesh (phase II), the ability to build e8350 or iConnex-e800 satellite routers (for DVBS2), and the ability to integrate multiple topologies in a single inroute group (i.e. spread with star/mesh).

Lots of subtle changes in the GUIs...such as Line cards IP props, No more upstream frame length (ms) driving the slots/ramping, QOS tab no longer displays Upstream SAR or PAD.  It is all integrated, and from what I can tell it now resides at the application level in Group QoS.   Free Slot allocation (at the inroute group) has also been integrated.

I know I have missed some features, I can assure you that you're going to like it....
