PanAmsAt 10 signals in toronto

Hey was just wondering if We can setup our 12" dish in such a way that I can get signals from PanAmsAt satellite probably frequencies between 3800Mhz and 3999Mhz

PanamSat 10 is now IntelSat 10, but it's halfway around the world from Toronto. Doesn't matter what size dish you have, there's no mutual visibility.
