Local agent resellers who can deal with end user customers face to face and add value by helping with dish installations and LAN network configurations are providing a valuable contribution in the Middle East. �Their enterprise and initiative is to be applauded, not belittled. �Please don't discourage people who are trying to help.

Many end user customers are very pleased to have someone local to call upon to sort out any problems.

I just sent a test email from my personal email address on gmail to kaplanis@kbi-greece.com and sales@kbi-greece.com and I received it. I don't know why you get that message...
