idirect 3100

hello
I need help for my idirect infinity 3100 when i downgrade from pkg 8.0 to 7.0 to activate with new provider the modem  is frezzing and when connected with console when it boot gives  this linux boot
can someone help me

Do you know if this box received its "Upgrade Prep" package prior to taking on iDS 8.0?  It appears you may be out of FPGA space (dont quote me on that, as that is an initial guess). I say that because the unit is getting thru Redboot, but not making it to Falcon.

the package not install correct in my idirect becuse i login into  another idirect 3100 same mine by winspc and connected with mine by console  and i find my idirect lose some files in dictionery "opt /sbin" is empty in my idirect and in other have files in it .
and iam try to transfer files to mine by console i tired do not know how. i use linux command busybox try serial to ip programs .
can you help me to transfer files from my computer to my idirect by console .

If you are able to get to the prompt (#) on console, you need to follow the steps in the document above to recover that remote.

It might be the problem of OPT file you have uploaded, it might be with different series. In this scenario u have to follow manual procedure to change the OPT file in modem.
