Need some suggestions: Kuwait

ISP wanted , we just got to Kuwait(US army personels) ,  we are in camp virginia and the only internet service and cell phone provider is wataniya . But in this case there is only 1 tower for like 1000 of us . so about 10 of us is looking for satellite internet, we are willing to pay about $60-80/month.  so can someone give me some good suggestion on which one to go. Please also list the installtion fees too. thank you so much for your time reading this.

We have fantastic coverage over Kuwait and neighboring countries, a variety of sytems and subscription packages available (Linkstar, Hughes, IDirect) with free dish systems and accelleration software supplied with selected subscription packages.
