iDS version?

Please elaborate when you say "connect to the NMS database?"

Does it happen when right click a remote or a line card and select "modify?" (to modify its properties?)

Have you restarted nms services in an effort to resolve?  If so, have your rebooted your NMS (full reboot)?

First, our version is: 6.0.9
We have rebooted the NMS soft ( I need to know how to make full reboot)
When we tray to connect with iBuilder or iMonitor
We have only this message "please wait , loading data"
And stol forever This message.

If you can putty to it, just type reboot from the command line.  That command will reboot the entire box and not just the server processes.  I am not certain that will help you, but it is worth a try.

Help me understand your situation.  Are you saying that when you initially try to connect with iBuilder (just after you authenticate?) you see this?  So you are not even able to log in with iBuilder? iMonitor behaves the same way?

If that is the case, I would seriously consider uninstalling your GUIs and re-installing them.  Check any windows firewall settings as well.  Something (such as a Win Firewall) may be denying you.   I would almost consider the GUI uninstall BEFORE you reboot the box entirely.
