I have two VPN’s over the HN7000s modems.
One will connect and pass files, the other indicates it’s connected but will not pass any files.
They both have static IP’s and use the same type and model of sonicwall.
Sonicwall TZ 150s at both of the stores and a Sonicwall NSA2400 at the home office.
And Hughes will not give any support for 3rd party software or hardware.

Well, no offense - but this sounds like something that should be taken up with the VPN folks. You describe two identical VPN clients going through the same type modem transiting the same type path into the same type server at the other end. Since one works, the satellite modem and path would seem be be vindicated.

What do the Sonicwall folks have to say about your problem?
