Is it normal to have a remote site location with, for example, 4.4 deg South latitude entered using a number like 355.6 ?

e.g.
[MODEM_INSTALLATION]
hub_lat = 45.315800
hub_long = 9.178190
remote_lat = 355.600000
remote_long = 15.300000

Best regards, Eric.
