Paul I can offer you dedicated 1-1 on AM22 or W6 with iDirect at $4500 per megabit, you can divide by 1024 and work out what you want up and down and I can offer you same price for HX on W3 and W6 , I don't think for a pure optimal Satellite we can be beat ?
