Hi,

DLCI is a term (channel number) for frame relay protocol. Frame Relay protocol suite runs on layer 2. iDirect and other IP modems/routers operate on TCP/IP level (OSI layer 3). Therefore PVC QoS doesn't work on iDirect systems.

Sure you can.. but you have to bring the PVC into an "IP" type traffic. In other words, have your DLCI come into the router and the router backhaul is IP. Frame doesnt work over iDirect .. get linkway (we have a bunch of linkway gear if you want to buy it Wink )
