Installers Indonesia INDOVISION

Does anyone know, do INDOVISION have their own in house technicians/installers throughout Indonesia? And are independent companies permitted to charge and service, relocate and install the INDOVISION services? Can anyone apply to INDOVISION to become a registered installer?
