Hi, Ive been checking out this website for a while and finally decided to post. I am starting a new job shortly that will working with the iDirect remote modem. I have very limited experience with the hub equipment (mostly just enabling remotes to access and adjusting initial power). I have been searching the internet for a user manual for the remote equipment or some free training information with no luck. Does anyone know a resource for information on the remote. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Found these on Google: Remote Installation Guides iDX and Evolution

Try downloading from here:

iDirect Remote Installation iDX Release 2.0 29 Sept 2009

iDirect Remote Installation: iDX Release 3.3 31 July 2014

iDirect Remote Installation manual: Evolution X5 Router 8 Jan 2010

The above may or may not refer to the equipment you are using.  Why does your hub not provide you with documentation matching the hardware being used ?

Best regards, Eric.

Thanks Eric, I worked at a teleport with the hub previously and our library was pretty bad. The iDirect was not realy my responsability and all we had was an installation manual. I am looking for more of a user manual. I am awaiting deployment right now and kind of just wanted to get a head start before I get there.

I downloaded the manual, it seems to have exactly what I was looking for. Even if I'll be working on a different model, it will at least give me a general knowledge base. This should give me something to do on the plane ride also. Thanks again
