IiDirect 3100 Pakg not changing

Hi,
Dear friends i have a problem wiht iDirect 3100 . the iDirect was getting restarted after every 4 mints i load a new option file the problem sloved . after that i was try to load 8_0_2_7 pakg . its show that the pakge download successfully but when i saw it via telnet the pakg was old as 8_0_2_1 i got the modem lock on that pakge but the net was not browse ,from Hub they also try to chage the pakge but it was not chaged .... can some give me slution to this problem ..
