Help me go FTA and get wildblue modem and LNB

Tomorrow 2/13/2011 I want to learn everything I need to go FTA with a wildblue dish, a new KU LNB, and an Ariza 750 (or Viewsat VS2000, I have both). I have already picked up Echostar 8 but other satellites elude me. I would like to get galaxy 11 and amc 4 for broadcast TV and things like PBS. Get me going and get a free wildblue modem and LNB. Maybe I don't know how to use signal strength monitor properly. Echostar 8 was easy but all I can get there is Chinese stations and horseracing.
